An exciting opportunity is available for a detail-oriented business support professional to join a government team in a contract role focused on fleet coordination, finance, and data management.
Your new role
In this diverse and fast-paced position, you will:
- Coordinate vehicle scheduling and support the delivery of a high-quality transport service
- Provide on-call support to ensure continuity of service
- Manage payroll and HR documentation for operational staff
- Process accounts payable, purchase card reconciliations, and maintain asset registers
- Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and reporting tools
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure service standards are met
What you'll need to succeed
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data entry, reconciliation, and reporting
- Experience managing and maintaining databases or fleet/finance systems
- Strong administrative and coordination skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion
- A current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain one)
- Previous experience in government or ministerial environments is highly regarded.
