A growing Managed Service Provider based in Melbourne’s South-East requires a Cloud Infrastructure Lead to join its Professional Services team for a permanent vacancy commencing ASAP. The company promotes a collaborative and supportive work environment, offering exposure to leading technologies.


Your new role

Within this challenging and rewarding position, you will be responsible for:
  • Contributing to the definition and management of the collective technology architecture (including cloud (public & private), infrastructure, network and security).
  • Providing Pre-Sales support and Consulting services to clients (RFP/RFQ/RFI responses).
  • Preparing High and/or Detailed Level Infrastructure Designs, SoWs, Solution Planning, Pricing & Effort Estimation, Bill of Materials, Business Case Justifications, Client Presentations, Business Models, etc.
  • Designing and Architecting solutions for Cloud Migrations, Virtualisation, Networking, Servers, Storage and Backups.
  • Ensuring Quality Assurance is performed and conducting QA reviews on deliverables.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Strong experience in the solution design, architecture and deployment of Modern Workplace, Cloud, Systems, Network and Security solutions.
  • Solid experience in Azure / AWS, Microsoft 365, Windows Server, VMware / Hyper-V / Nutanix, SAN / NAS storage, Veeam / StorageCraft / Symantec backups and Zscaler / Mimecast / Cylance security solutions.
  • A tertiary education in Information Technology as well as Azure, AWS, Microsoft and VMware certifications are highly beneficial.
  • Proven experience working within a Managed Service Provider or Consultancy.
  • Current driver’s license and access to a car.
