A government organisation and large property owner are looking for an experienced Handy Person with good computer skills and good customer services skills are required for an immediate start.

Your new role

In this role you will be based on a single site located right near public transport where you will be responsible for painting / patching, basic carpentry, basic plumbing, changing lamps, inducting and coordinating contractors, general reporting, tenant liaison and other related duties.

What you'll need to succeed

As Maintenance Officer you will have previous building maintenance experience, good customer service skills, clear criminal history and good computer skills.

What you'll get in return

The position will pay $40 - $45 + super per hour, you will be given around 30 hours per week with some weekend work, which will pay penalty rates.
