Your new role

• Coordinate and deliver ICT infrastructure projects and network remediation activities.
• Provide technical administration and support for network systems and hardware.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and third-party providers to ensure smooth delivery of ICT services.
• Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
• Support change management and training strategies related to ICT infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols.

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in ICT support, infrastructure projects, and Microsoft environments.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• Knowledge of networking principles, system security, and enterprise ICT systems.
• Experience in customer-focused ICT environments.
• Current driver's license and willingness to travel within the region.

• Current Working with Children Check.
• Australian residency or valid work permit.
