Our client is looking for an experienced Digital Communications Officer to join their team on a 6-month temporary contract with the possibility of extension.
Your new role
Offer guidance on the effective use of digital channels, including social media, websites, and email communications.
Curate, review, and maintain digital content to ensure it meets business objectives and audience needs.
Promote the use of digital platforms for communication and identify opportunities to enhance engagement.
Assist in the creation and delivery of tailored content across various digital platforms, ensuring consistency and relevance.
Support the development of policies, guidelines, and training materials to uphold digital standards and governance.
Monitor, audit, and report on the effectiveness of digital campaigns and channels to inform continuous improvement.
What you'll need to succeed
Proven ability to craft and deliver effective content tailored to specific audiences and digital platforms.
Experienced in using social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Brandwatch, and Brolly for content scheduling and monitoring.
Skilled in initiating and leading conversations that promote proactive and customer-focused digital service delivery.
Strong understanding of digital channel strategy, with a focus on optimising content performance and audience reach.
