Your new role
This temporary-to-permanent Accounts Receivable Officer role is ideal for someone looking to contribute immediately and grow into a long-term position. Initially part-time (ideally 3 days per week, with flexibility for future full-time hours). This role offers variety, autonomy, and the chance to make a real impact on a growing business.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Full Accounts Receivable cycle
- Accounts Payable support
- Assisting with general accounting tasks and supporting a long-standing team member
- Helping manage the NZ debtor’s ledger and contribute to weekly payment runs
- Using Oracle (training provided by an experienced team member)
What you’ll need to succeed
- Strong experience in Accounts Receivable and general finance
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and contribute to process improvement
- Experience with Oracle or similar systems (training available)
