Your new role

• Creating and maintaining test cases and scripts.
• Executing manual tests across modules like Employee Central, Payroll, Recruitment, and Onboarding.
• Logging and retesting defects using tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.
• Supporting test data setup and environment maintenance.
• Collaborating with developers, consultants, and business testers.
• Attending daily stand-ups and contributing to test planning.

What you'll need to succeed

• A basic understanding of software testing lifecycle and principles.
• Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps).
• Awareness of HR processes and SAP SuccessFactors modules.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Good communication and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and follow structured processes.
