Your new role
As an Environmental Health Officer within the Community Planning and Place team, you’ll play a key role in protecting public health and enhancing environmental safety. Whether you're stepping into a senior position or looking to grow in your career, you’ll:
Lead or support inspections, investigations, and compliance monitoring
Provide expert advice to residents, businesses, and internal teams
Contribute to strategic health initiatives and policy development
Build strong relationships across the community and organisation
What you'll need to succeed
Qualified in Environmental Health (Bachelor of Health Science, Graduate Diploma, or equivalent)
Eligible for membership with Environmental Health Australia
Customer-focused, analytical, and proactive
Passionate about public health and community wellbeing
