An exciting new opportunity is available for a Service Desk Analyst at a Market Leading Managed Service Provider. This is a permanent position, located near the Sydney CBD and offers a modern onsite working environment and excellent opportunities for career development.
Your new role
In your new role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support via phone and email to end-users who are experiencing computer hardware, software, or network-related issues. Your primary goal is to resolve technical problems and ensure that computer systems and networks are functioning properly to minimise downtime and optimise productivity.
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience working for a Managed Service Provider (MSP) is highly desirable.
- Certificate III in Information Technology, Bachelor of Information Technology, or a similar qualification is essential.
- A current driving licence is required.
- Certifications or experience in the following areas are highly desirable, but not essential:
- Microsoft 365 Fundamentals
- Access4 VoIP
- Azure
- Familiarity with both Windows and Apple operating systems is highly desirable.
- Exposure to Level 1 Microsoft Server Service Management tasks is a plus, including:
- Active Directory
- Exchange
- DNS
- IIS
