A leading property group is seeking a proactive Facilities Manager to oversee two premium commercial buildings in Sydney. This is a hands-on role focused on building performance, compliance, and tenant satisfaction.

Your new role

  • Manage day-to-day operations across two high-end commercial assets
  • Oversee contractor performance and service delivery
  • Ensure compliance with AFSS, WHS, and statutory obligations
  • Respond to tenant requests and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
  • Support budgeting, reporting, and minor works coordination

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience in facilities management across commercial assets
  • Strong knowledge of building compliance and contractor oversight
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and drive service excellence
