Your new role
As the Sales Account Manager, you will play a key role in driving new business opportunities and managing high-value client relationships. You’ll lead outreach efforts through various channels to attract new prospects, while also nurturing a portfolio of existing clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement. The role involves supporting major events, contributing to strategic initiatives, and collaborating across departments to deliver commercial outcomes. Strong relationship-building skills and a proactive approach will be essential to succeed in this dynamic and fast-paced environment.
What you'll need to succeed
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales, ideally in a B2B environment.
• Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal.
• Proven ability to convert leads via phone and email.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and budgets simultaneously.
• A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a high level of customer focus.
