Your new role
This role focusses on converting inbound enquiries into sales, providing technical support, and maintaining customer relationships. It supports the sales team with order entry and advice, manages web enquiries, attends promotional events, mentors team members, and ensures compliance with safety and quality standards.
Respond to customer enquiries across phone, email, and web within set timeframes.
Provide technical advice on tank connections, installations, and product suitability
Support the sales team with order entry and CRM tasks (Microsoft Navision)
Handle complex and escalated customer enquiries
Convert quotes and inbound leads into sales
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company policies Identify opportunities for service and process improvements
What you'll need to succeed
2+ years’ experience in manufacturing, construction, or related industries
Strong sales drive with a customer-first mindset
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and safety-conscious
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Willing to travel interstate when required
Willingness to complete a medical, as well as a Drug & Alcohol test
