• Leading and contributing to projects from feasibility through to construction.
• Collaborating with senior staff to realise design visions of exceptional quality.
• Producing clear and precise documentation and construction detailing.
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will bring a strong design sensibility, technical expertise, and a collaborative mindset.

• A recognised architectural qualification and registration (or eligibility) in NSW.
• Minimum 4 years’ post-graduate experience, ideally on complex, design-led projects.
• Proficiency in ArchiCAD and solid documentation experience.
• Strong understanding of local planning controls and BCA standards.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and visual.
• A commitment to design excellence and attention to detail.
