Your new company

This is a well-established and growing construction company based on the Gold Coast, known for delivering high-quality commercial and residential projects. With a strong pipeline of work and a reputation for excellence, they are seeking a hands-on and experienced Company Accountant to join their team on-site and support the business through its next phase of growth.

Your new role

• Full-function accounting including AP, AR, payroll, and bank reconciliations
• Monthly management reporting and cash flow forecasting
• Budget preparation and variance analysis
• BAS, PAYG, and statutory compliance
• Supporting the Director with financial insights and business planning

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in a similar accounting role within the construction industry
• Strong working knowledge of Jobpac and Procore is preferred
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Strong communication skills and ability to liaise across site and office teams
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Accounting or Finance
