Your new role

As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the first point of contact for customer enquiries across multiple channels including phone, email, chat, and webforms. You’ll play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and professional communication, issue resolution, and proactive service delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing customer enquiries with a focus on first-touch resolution
  • Providing high-quality written and verbal responses
  • Reporting and resolving consignment anomalies
  • Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and customers
  • Assisting with training of new and existing staff
  • Maintaining up-to-date product and service knowledge
  • Adhering to safety and wellbeing policies


What you'll need to succeed


  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a call centre role
  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Experience handling enquiries across multiple channels
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-focused mindset
  • PR or Citizen
