This leading utilities infrastructure provider is seeking a Project Manager to join the team in Bendigo. Paying up to $100k + Super, the role is focussed within the water sector, overseeing minor work projects on clients' assets up to $50k.
Your new role
Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to support program delivery.
Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to team members to drive improvement initiatives.
Uphold company values and adhere to all codes of conduct, policies, and procedures.
Demonstrate accountability and lead by example in all professional interactions.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to identify and implement initiatives that enhance safety, asset performance, and cost efficiency.
What you'll need to succeed
Minimum 5 years of project management experience, including job costing expertise.
Strong background in collaborative work within operational environments.
Proven ability to analyse data, identify issues, and develop business needs statements.
Experience in risk profiling and implementing risk management strategies.
Solid understanding of preventative maintenance and asset performance metrics.
