This leading utilities infrastructure provider is seeking a Project Manager to join the team in Bendigo. Paying up to $100k + Super, the role is focussed within the water sector, overseeing minor work projects on clients' assets up to $50k.

Your new role

• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to support program delivery.

• Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to team members to drive improvement initiatives.

• Uphold company values and adhere to all codes of conduct, policies, and procedures.

• Demonstrate accountability and lead by example in all professional interactions.

• Collaborate with internal and external teams to identify and implement initiatives that enhance safety, asset performance, and cost efficiency.
  
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience, including job costing expertise.

• Strong background in collaborative work within operational environments.

• Proven ability to analyse data, identify issues, and develop business needs statements.

• Experience in risk profiling and implementing risk management strategies.

• Solid understanding of preventative maintenance and asset performance metrics.
