NAB Complaints Associate (short-term contract)

NAB Resolve Triage team are looking for short-term Complaints Associates!

Citi Australia's consumer banking business, including white label credit card programs, was acquired by NAB. This means Citi branded deposit, home loan, and investment accounts were closed and transferred to similar NAB branded accounts. White label credit card programs, where Citi issued cards on behalf of other brands, were also transitioned to NAB. You will be triaging complaints made by the customers undergoing this transition.

Your new role

  • Manage and triage incoming complaints from various channels including email, phone, and workflow systems, ensuring they are assessed and allocated to the appropriate team for resolution.
  • Triage inbound calls, connecting customers to case managers or escalating issues as needed.
  • Handle redirection or reiteration of wait times.
  • Address unhappy customers through inbound calls, providing reassurance and advising them on complaint handling timelines.
  • Support the complaints process by initiating investigations, responding to non-complex written complaints, and managing the centralised mailbox, including lodging, escalating, or replying to customer written correspondence as needed.
Starting in the next 3 weeks, this role will set to finish on 23rd December 2025. You will work at 700 Bourke Street in a hybrid working environment from Monday to Friday. Your working hours will be between 8am-5pm, and you will be paid $38.99ph+super
