Your new role

As a Tech Lead , you’ll play a hybrid role—part Engineering Manager, part hands-on engineer. You’ll lead a squad of talented developers, drive technical direction, and help shape the future of digital banking products. You’ll work in a discovery and delivery model

You’ll be responsible for:

• Leading and mentoring engineers across senior, mid-level, and graduate levels
• Driving system design, architecture decisions, and hands-on coding
• Partnering with product to solve real customer problems
• Contributing to a performance-driven, outcome-focused culture

What you'll need to succeed

You’re a curious and driven engineer with a strong leadership mindset. You’re comfortable with ambiguity, hungry to lead change, and passionate about building impactful products.

Key skills and experience:

• Strong backend experience (.NET, Java, or similar)
• Frontend experience with React, Next.js, or mobile (Kotlin)
• Cloud-native development (AWS), Docker, Kubernetes
• Experience leading teams or mentoring engineers
