Your new role
Provide support to the PMO Manager, Head of Project Delivery, and Project Managers in planning, control, and governance activities.
Facilitate and support project assurance activities including stage-gate reviews, health checks, and internal audits.
Analyse and report on portfolio-level insights such as thematic risks, resource constraints, and delivery trends.
Assist in the development and review of business cases, benefits management plans, and post-implementation reviews.
Provide guidance and training to project teams and BAU stakeholders to uplift project delivery capability and tool usage.
Coordinate and support governance forums, including preparation of reporting packs, minutes, and action tracking.
Contribute to financial tracking, workforce planning, and risk management across the portfolio.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the project delivery framework, reporting processes, and ways of working.
What you'll need to succeed
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a PMO or project delivery support role.
Strong understanding of project management frameworks and methodologies (e.g., PMBOK, Prince2, Agile).
Proven experience in process improvement and project governance within a PMO setting.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project)
