Your new role
We’re seeking a Business Development Manager to lead growth across key sectors including retail, agriculture, and logistics. This is a strategic sales role focused on identifying new opportunities, building long-term partnerships, and expanding the adoption of sustainable supply chain solutions.
Key responsibilities:
Develop and execute growth strategies across retail and fresh produce markets
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, delivering high-value outcomes
Promote the benefits of circular supply chain models to stakeholders and clients
Identify new opportunities for product and service adoption
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored, customer-focused solutions
Represent the business at industry events, forums, and customer engagements
What you'll need to succeed
Proven track record in business development, account management, or sales.
Strong understanding of supply chain, logistics, or FMCG environments.
Commercially astute with the ability to create win-win partnerships.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and passionate about sustainability and circular economy solutions.
