Your new role

We’re seeking a Business Development Manager to lead growth across key sectors including retail, agriculture, and logistics. This is a strategic sales role focused on identifying new opportunities, building long-term partnerships, and expanding the adoption of sustainable supply chain solutions.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute growth strategies across retail and fresh produce markets

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, delivering high-value outcomes

  • Promote the benefits of circular supply chain models to stakeholders and clients

  • Identify new opportunities for product and service adoption

  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored, customer-focused solutions

  • Represent the business at industry events, forums, and customer engagements


What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven track record in business development, account management, or sales.

  • Strong understanding of supply chain, logistics, or FMCG environments.

  • Commercially astute with the ability to create win-win partnerships.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and passionate about sustainability and circular economy solutions.
