Your new role

I n this exciting new role, you will be:

• Managing workshop operations including deliveries, stock control, hardware setups, repairs, and deployments.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and compliant workshop environment.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair faulty hardware; escalate vendor-related issues as needed.
• Image and configure SORs tailored to client requirements.
• Track and manage internal and loan stock inventory.
• Document interactions in CRM and contribute to knowledge base updates.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in your application, you will need:

• Proven experience managing a high-volume technical workshop.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, macOS, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic Windows Server support.
• Previous experience in an MSP or Service Desk environment (desired).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A current driver’s licence (essential).
• Strong problem-solving, time management, and organisational abilities.
