Your new role
I n this exciting new role, you will be:
- Managing workshop operations including deliveries, stock control, hardware setups, repairs, and deployments.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and compliant workshop environment.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair faulty hardware; escalate vendor-related issues as needed.
- Image and configure SORs tailored to client requirements.
- Track and manage internal and loan stock inventory.
- Document interactions in CRM and contribute to knowledge base updates.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in your application, you will need:
- Proven experience managing a high-volume technical workshop.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, macOS, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic Windows Server support.
- Previous experience in an MSP or Service Desk environment (desired).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A current driver’s licence (essential).
- Strong problem-solving, time management, and organisational abilities.
