Your new role

The Business Readiness Lead is responsible for providing effective enterprise leadership and direction of a complex and integrated business readiness program of work to ensure the organisation is successfully optimised in advance of a new ERP system implementation. The Business Readiness Lead plays a key role in stakeholder communication, change impact assessments, training coordination, and business readiness activities.

What you'll need to succeed

• 10+ years of experience in projects and/or change management, transformation, or business process change within large-scale projects.

• Expert knowledge in projects and program management and a proven track record of successfully leading large business and technology transformation projects or programs in a complex environment.

• Exceptional stakeholder management skills and a strong customer-centric mindset

• Demonstrated ability to convey complex information in a clear and succinct manner to a variety of stakeholders.

• Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to successfully operate in a matrix style structure while empowering teams to exceed expectations.

• Experience working in a call centre / customer service environment OR specialist in project management, ideally delivering training on the subject.
