Our client is a fintech giant. Seeking a motivated Product Analyst with a blend of Business Analyst and Product expertise to join the team.

Your new role

This role will be central to supporting the migration to a new platform, driving improvements in processes, and ensuring seamless client migration. You will collaborate with cross-functional squads, SMEs, and stakeholders to document requirements, articulate customer values, and deliver enhancements within an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Support the migration of clients to a new platform.
• Assist in renovation of system tunnels and related initiatives.
• Collaborate with squads split across multiple projects.
• Document business requirements, processes, and solutions.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with SMEs and stakeholders.
• Clearly articulate customer values to guide product and project outcomes.
• Contribute to process improvements and continuous enhancement activities.
• Work in an Agile environment using Jira and Confluence for delivery.
• Participate in scrum ceremonies, planning sessions, and sprint activities.
• Provide incident and technical support as required.

What you'll need to succeed

• Junior to mid-level Business Analyst/Product Analyst experience.
• Strong skills in documenting requirements and process flows.
• Proven ability to engage SMEs and stakeholders effectively.
• Knowledge of Agile delivery frameworks (Jira, Confluence).
• Experience in payments domain preferred.
• Exposure to incident management and technical support.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work across multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
