Your new role

As the Accounts Clerk, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day financial administration of the business. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys variety and is eager to grow with the company. Reporting to the Finance Manager, your responsibilities will include:
  • Processing accounts payable and receivable
  • Managing invoice generation and payment tracking
  • Performing bank reconciliations and data entry
  • Assisting with payroll and superannuation reporting
  • Supporting month-end reporting and financial audits
  • Maintaining accurate records and filing systems

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience in an accounts or finance support role
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, or similar)
  • A can-do attitude and willingness to adapt in a startup environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Certificate or diploma in accounting or bookkeeping (preferred)
