Your new role
In this role, you’ll provide a broad range of support services related to office accommodation and facilities. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external providers to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly across multiple sites.
Key areas of responsibility may include:
- Coordinating responses to accommodation and maintenance requests.
- Supporting access control and security card processes.
- Assisting with soft facilities services such as cleaning and hygiene.
- Processing financial transactions and maintaining accurate records.
- Interpreting lease documentation and contributing to emergency procedures.
What you'll need to succeed
We’re looking for someone who can:
- Deliver excellent customer service and build strong working relationships.
- Work independently and manage competing priorities.
- Apply knowledge of property or facilities processes in a structured environment.
- Use systems and software confidently, particularly Microsoft Office.
- Hold a current Working with Children Check or be willing to obtain one prior to commencement.
