Our client provides advanced software solutions across technical industries and is located in the CBD. This client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Regional Marketing Coordinator to support regional marketing efforts and contribute to business growth.
The Role
The Regional Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in supporting and executing regional marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Working closely with other teams and regional stakeholders, the Coordinator will help plan and deliver marketing activities tailored to local audiences, ensuring high-quality execution and alignment with global strategies. This is a hands-on role suited to a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working collaboratively.
Key Responsibilities
- Raise purchase orders, process invoices, and support financial reporting
- Maintain content calendars and upload social posts via Sprout Social
- Coordinate training uploads with the sales administration team
- Provide general administrative support as needed
- Plan and execute regional events, webinars, conferences, and sponsorships
- Manage logistics including booth setup, vendor requirements, lead capture, and promotional materials
- Conduct post-event reporting and analysis
- Support and execute region-specific marketing campaigns aligned with corporate goals
- Collaborate with CX to promote regional conversion activities
- Tailor campaigns to local markets, adjusting messaging and visuals accordingly
- Conduct market research to understand regional trends and preferences
- Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights
- Partner with sales and technical teams to support marketing needs and lead generation
- Maintain regular communication to align goals and customer feedback
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
- 2–3 years of marketing experience, in a regional or field marketing role
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to follow established processes with discipline and attention to detail
- Proficiency in marketing tools (Marketo, ClickUp, Salesforce, Power BI)
- Familiarity with creative software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus
- Creative thinker with a customer-focused mindset
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in technical industries and working with sales teams is advantageous.
- English fluency required; Bahasa Indonesia or other APAC languages are a plus
