Your New Role
As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll take the lead on complex technical separation initiatives that span multiple business units. You’ll be responsible for managing interdependencies, mitigating risks, and ensuring seamless stakeholder engagement to deliver high-impact outcomes. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading large-scale, high-complexity projects from initiation through to completion
- Managing scope, schedule, budget, and quality across all phases
- Driving stakeholder engagement and vendor collaboration
- Overseeing project governance, reporting, and documentation
- Championing continuous improvement and change adoption
- Coaching and mentoring team members to foster a high-performance culture
This is a fixed-term contract role until December 2026.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
To thrive in this role, you’ll bring:
- At least 8 years’ experience managing complex, transformational projects
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
- A proven track record of delivering projects in dynamic, multidisciplinary environments
- Formal qualifications in Project Management (essential); certifications in Scrum, Lean, or Six Sigma (highly regarded)
- Tertiary qualifications in IT
- Excellent communication, influencing, and reporting skills
- Familiarity with project governance, change management, and business analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools, particularly SharePoint and MS Project
- You’ll be someone who leads with integrity, adapts quickly, and thrives in a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
