A leading services company is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement & Inventory Co-ordinator to join their Balcatta-based team. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a high-performing supply chain function within a well-established organisation.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Issue enquiries and requests for quotes to approved suppliers
- Submit sourcing requests for new product categories and suppliers to the Supply Chain Category Management Team
- Manage onboarding submissions for new suppliers and One-Time Vendors
- Expedite stock deliveries to site and ensure timely inventory replenishment
- Collaborate with the Catalogue Administrator to evaluate and add new inventory items
- Resolve invoicing queries in partnership with the Accounts Payable Team
- Provide reporting support to the Team Lead
- Collect and report statistics to measure supplier performance
- Analyse purchasing activities and recommend improvements for efficiency and cost savings
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all procurement activities
Skills and Experience

- Previous experience in procurement or supply chain coordination
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
- Clear and confident communication skills—verbal, written, and interpersonal
- Intermediate to advanced computing proficiency (e.g., Excel, ERP systems)
