Your new role

As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for shaping and executing comprehensive marketing strategies from brand positioning through to buyer engagement. You’ll collaborate closely with the sales team to optimise campaigns based on performance insights and market feedback. This role offers the opportunity to lead creative direction, manage external consultants, and oversee digital and traditional marketing channels.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in off-the-plan property marketing
• A background working directly with developers or within an agency servicing property clients
• Strong strategic thinking and campaign execution skills
• Experience managing CRM systems, customer journey mapping, and automation workflows
• Proficiency in WordPress (Elementor), SEO, and digital performance tracking
• Ability to lead social media strategies and content creation across multiple platforms
• Exceptional organisational and stakeholder management skills
