Your new role

As a Leading Hand Electrician, you’ll take charge of a small team of up to four electricians, overseeing daily site operations and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard. You’ll work closely with project managers and builders, coordinate tasks, manage documentation, and maintain a strong on-site presence across a variety of commercial projects.

What you'll need to succeed

• Current ACT Electrical Licence (or ability to transfer)
• Solid experience in commercial electrical installations and upgrades
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience
• Ability to interpret plans and manage site documentation
• Strong communication and team leadership skills
• White card, asbestos awareness, and silica awareness
• Valid C class driving licence
