Your new role
As the Parks Project Manager / Landscape Architect, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of parks capital works projects. This includes investigations, planning, design, stakeholder engagement, procurement, contract administration, and project management. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external contractors to deliver high-quality outcomes across parks, sportsfields, reserves, gardens, and foreshore areas.
What you'll need to succeed
Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in capital works delivery
Strong project and contract management skills
Demonstrated experience in landscape architecture, design, and specification
Proven ability to manage budgets, procurement, and contractor supervision
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Proficiency in project management software, CAD, and Microsoft Office
Class C Driver’s Licence
Local Government experience and open space project delivery highly regarded
