Your new role
This role is responsible for the planning, leadership, and operational delivery of maintenance and asset management services across multiple residential properties. You’ll be leading a small team, managing contractors, and ensuring the facilities are safe, well-maintained, and aligned with long-term lifecycle planning.
- Lead and manage maintenance operations and staff across residential sites.
- Maintain and update Annual Maintenance and Asset Management Plans.
- Conduct audits, inspections, and reporting, ensuring compliance and performance.
- Oversee contractor management, including tendering, performance reviews, and KPI tracking.
- Champion risk and safety management, including emergency procedures and compliance.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, residents, and service providers.
- Support sustainability initiatives and continuous improvement across the portfolio.
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum 5 years in a senior operational or facilities management role.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Hands-on experience with minor repairs and technical troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in MS Office and maintenance management systems.
- Excellent communication, reporting, and time management abilities.
- A proactive, customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence.
