An exciting opportunity has opened for an experienced Asset Manager to oversee a large-scale precinct in Sydney.

Your new role

This role is responsible for the planning, leadership, and operational delivery of maintenance and asset management services across multiple residential properties. You’ll be leading a small team, managing contractors, and ensuring the facilities are safe, well-maintained, and aligned with long-term lifecycle planning.

  • Lead and manage maintenance operations and staff across residential sites.
  • Maintain and update Annual Maintenance and Asset Management Plans.
  • Conduct audits, inspections, and reporting, ensuring compliance and performance.
  • Oversee contractor management, including tendering, performance reviews, and KPI tracking.
  • Champion risk and safety management, including emergency procedures and compliance.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, residents, and service providers.
  • Support sustainability initiatives and continuous improvement across the portfolio.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Minimum 5 years in a senior operational or facilities management role.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Hands-on experience with minor repairs and technical troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and maintenance management systems.
  • Excellent communication, reporting, and time management abilities.
  • A proactive, customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence.
