What We’re Looking For:
  • 2–3 years or more of experience in civil labouring (roadworks, drainage, earthworks, mining, quarries etc.)
  • Valid White Card (Construction Induction)
  • Based in Melbourne’s western suburbs (e.g. Werribee, Sunshine, Melton, Point Cook)
  • Physically fit and ready for outdoor work
  • Strong work ethic and team-first attitude
  • Bonus if you have experience operating machines and hold valid tickets.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Assisting with site setup and clean-up
  • Operating basic tools and equipment
  • Supporting trades and machinery operators
  • Following safety protocols and site instructions
