Part-Time Admin Assistant
I am partnering with a federal government agency who are seeking a proactive and reliable eFacilities Representative to support its Darwin office operations. If you're passionate about creating a safe, well-organised, and welcoming workplace.

Work Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8am–12pm
Hourly Rate: $42
Location: Darwin CBD

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate maintenance, cleaning, and office supplies
  • Support meeting room setups, access passes, and locker management
  • Conduct regular office inspections and contribute to safety initiatives
  • Assist with emergency procedures and health & wellbeing programs
  • Provide friendly, first-level support to staff and visitors
What We're Looking For:
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service
  • Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office experience
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and a great team player

Please note that in order to be eligible to apply the candidate must be an Australian Citizen and must be able to obtain a baseline security clearance if required.
