As part of their continued growth in the ANZ region, they are seeking a skilled Senior Supply Chain Analyst to lead end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Your new role

Reporting to the Head of Finance ANZ, you will manage 4PL operations across Australia and New Zealand, ensuring seamless distribution, regulatory compliance, and accurate forecasting. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimise inventory, support product launches, and drive continuous improvement.

- Managing 4PL relationships and ensuring GDP/GMP compliance

- Leading demand forecasting and publishing performance reports

- Coordinating product launches and regulatory transitions

- Driving S&OP and monthly business reviews

- Managing inventory levels, reconciliations, and obsolete stock risks

- Supporting digital transformation and process optimisation

What you'll need to succeed

- Experience in pharmaceutical, chemical, or regulated supply chain environments
- Strong knowledge of SAP, Excel, and demand planning tools (e.g. Power BI, Rapid Response)
- Familiarity with TGA, GMP, GDP, and Medsafe guidelines
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce, or Engineering
- CIPS or Lean Six Sigma accreditation highly regarded
