With a great brand across the KDR and volume built space and a strong pipeline of work and internal commitment to operational excellence, they are currently seeking a seasoned General Operations Manager to lead its core business functions and drive strategic outcomes.

Your new role
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will oversee the operational performance of Sales Operations, Estimating, Drafting, and Administrative Support. As a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, you will translate strategic vision into measurable results, streamline workflows, and foster a high-performance culture across departments.


You will manage four direct reports who oversee the key operational teams and pillars and collaborate closely with leaders across Construction, Procurement, Sales, and Marketing to ensure alignment and efficiency. This role is pivotal in delivering accurate documentation, improving systems, and enhancing team capability.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will bring:

Proven leadership experience in Operations, Production, or General Management within residential construction
Strong knowledge of BOQ/Estimating, Drafting & Design, Sales Operations, and Admin Support functions
Demonstrated ability to deliver on-time, on-budget outcomes while maintaining quality standards
Commercial acumen and hands-on execution capability
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Familiarity with DataBuild, Framework, Power BI & HubSpot (CRM) is highly regarded
Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Business, or related field (preferred)
Proven tenure and leadership experience in the residential building industry
