They offer services including laser, plasma and oxy-cutting supported by one of Queensland's largest in-house material inventories who cater to the mining, construction and transport industries.

Your new role

You will become an important asset to the team where your duties will include but not limited to:

• Operating and setting up CNC Brake press & Plate Roller machines
• Perform general and routine maintenance of equipment
• Read technical drawings and specifications
• Quality check products and parts to ensure the results are industry standard

What you'll need to succeed

As our client's new CNC Brake Press and Plate Roller operator, you will need these essential requirements:

• Previous experience as a brake press or plate roller operator - highly desirable
• Great communication skills with the willingness to learn
• Able to read and interpret drawings and understanding of the importance of the quality of product
• High level of drive, motivation and commitment to ongoing employment opportunities
• Well-organised and able to work to daily/weekly objectives and deadlines
