Site Manager

Contract Site Manager required for 6 months on a class 2 residential project in Manly.
Your new company:
A respected residential builder with a strong portfolio across Sydney’s Northern Beaches is seeking an experienced Site Manager to drive the final stages of a $6 million refurbishment project in Manly. With structural works nearing completion, the focus is now on high-end finishes, coordination of trades, and delivering a seamless handover.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Overseeing finishing trades, subcontractors and defect management
  • Coordinating final inspections and certifications
  • Managing site safety and compliance
  • Liaising with clients, consultants, and suppliers
  • Driving program to meet handover deadlines

What you'll need to succeed:
  • Proven experience delivering high-end residential projects through to completion
  • Strong understanding of finishing trades and defect rectification
  • Ability to manage tight timelines and maintain quality standards
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Relevant building qualifications and White Card
