An internationally recognised leader in the retail and FMCG space is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their high-performing team.
Your new role
You will act as the first point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth order management, timely issue resolution, and exceptional service delivery. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to support business operations and drive customer experience excellence.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing customer orders and inquiries using internal systems with accuracy and efficiency.
- Investigating and resolving complaints and escalations with a customer-first approach.
- Collaborating with teams across sales, marketing, logistics, and procurement.
- Maintaining up-to-date product knowledge and supporting promotional activities.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and team development.
What you'll need to succeed
- Demonstrated experience in customer service, ideally within retail, FMCG, or supply chain.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and SAP.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive mindset.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality outcomes.
What you'll get in return
