Your new role
As a Customer Case Officer, you will manage complex applications from lodgement through to resolution. This customer-facing role involves providing accurate information, supporting users, and ensuring cases are handled efficiently and professionally. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and members of the public to deliver a high standard of service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting users with applications and enquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face.
- Managing cases from start to finish, including assessing applications and preparing for hearings.
- Maintaining accurate records and correspondence in the case management system.
- Supporting hearings and providing administrative assistance to senior staff.
- Contributing to a collaborative team environment.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Experience in case management or administrative support.
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- A proactive and professional approach to problem-solving.
- A background in property management or real estate will be highly regarded.
