Your new role
This position involves managing a portfolio of cases where financial and administrative oversight is required. You’ll work closely with clients and their representatives to ensure their needs are met with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing high-quality customer service and building rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Managing financial records, assets, and entitlements in line with policy and procedure.
- Preparing case plans, budgets, and financial statements.
- Coordinating investment reviews and asset transactions.
- Conducting regular audits and compliance checks across case files.
- Supporting finalisation of cases and contributing to team operations.
What you'll need to succeed
This role suits someone with a strong customer service background and a keen eye for detail. You will bring:
- Demonstrated experience in customer-facing roles, ideally in financial or administrative settings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage sensitive conversations.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Experience in financial reporting, case management, or asset administration.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
