Your new role

Reporting to the General Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the sales team and coordinating jobs from initial enquiry through to delivery. This is a varied and fast-paced role that combines customer service, administration, and project coordination.
Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing jobs from order to delivery, including setting up jobs in management software
  • Coordinating drafting, approvals, documentation and installation schedules
  • Communicating with customers throughout each stage of the process
  • Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and prioritisation of jobs
  • Procuring stock from overseas and managing related documentation
  • Delivering exceptional customer service and after-sales support
  • Providing administrative support including answering phones and general office duties
  • Assisting with sales support and estimating tasks

What you'll need to succeed
