Your new role
As a Software Engineer, you will:

• Deliver features from concept through production, ensuring scalability and performance
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, QA engineers, and fellow developers
• Tackle mission-critical initiatives alongside BAU improvements
• Champion best practices in testing, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines

What you’ll need to succeed

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience, with demonstrated experience in complex modern projects
• Strong frontend skills: React, React Native (Expo), TypeScript, Apollo, Tailwind
• Backend experience: Node.js (TypeScript), Go microservices, Federated GraphQL, gRPC/Protobuf, Pub/Sub
• Proven database proficiency with Postgres
• Cloud expertise in GCP Kubernetes Engine or equivalent
• Experience working in hybrid environments (approximately three days onsite in Sydney CBD, two days remote)
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for collaborative, cross-functional squads
