Your New Role
You are responsible for end-to-end mortgage application management for both residential and commercial lending purposes, liaising with a range of clients from simple personal financial background to complex entity financial structure scenarios, working alongside the Principal Broker. The best news is, you are fully supported by in-house loan processors, and with no expectation of generating new businesses/clients in the initial stages.

What You'll Need to Succeed

• A Diploma in Finance & Mortgage Broking (or equivalent)
• Mortgage broking experience combined with SME business/commercial banking background (ability to interpret complex financial structures)
• Proven ability to interpret financial statements, tax returns, and company financials
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience with loan variations, discharge applications, and compliance
• Knowledge of lending, housing market trends, and regulatory changes
