Your new role
- Process mid-volume invoices and ensure timely payments
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Handling accounts inbox
- Liaise with procurement and operational teams to ensure compliance
- Part-time hours, 30 hours/week
What you'll need to succeed
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and AP processes
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Pronto, Oracle)
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with others in the team
