Project Architect Opportunity to lead in an architecture and interiors studio with a strong front-end | Sydney

Your new role

As Project Architect / Project Leader, you will take ownership of assigned projects, manage client requirements, and coordinate internal teams to ensure successful delivery from concept to completion.

With your expertise in Project management of large scale commercial projects, you’ll play a key role in maintaining and developing client relationships while overseeing the day-to-day running of key industrial projects.

What you'll need to succeed

  • 7+ years’ experience in architecture – within Australia essential
  • Architectural Degree or Equivalent
  • Proven ability to deliver projects end-to-end, with a strong client focus
  • Commercial/Retail experience in complex, large-scale projects is essential
  • Willingness to work in the industrial sector
  • A design-led approach with a compelling portfolio and methodology
  • Strong knowledge across CDC, DA, CC, Tender and Construction Documentation
  • Familiarity with Australian Standards and NCC
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Leadership capabilities including mentoring and delegation
  • Proficiency in Revit – Essential
  • **Residential experience is not relevant for this role**
