Rate: $40 per hour + Overtime Hours: Monday–Friday, 6am–4pm (min. 10‑hour shifts, average 50–55 hrs/week) Role type: Ongoing – Temp to Permanent Location: Based in Unanderra

About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced and safety‑focused HR/HC Hiab Driver to join a respected client in the Illawarra region. You’ll be responsible for transporting and unloading loads of up to 14tonnes using truck‑mounted Hiab equipment. The role covers both rigid and semi‑trailers.

Key Duties
  • Operate HR or HC truck with mounted Hiab crane
  • Load, secure, transport, and unload materials safely and efficiently
  • Complete delivery runs to:
  • Local Illawarra
  • Picton
  • Southern Highlands
  • Batemans Bay and surrounds
  • Maintain delivery schedules and uphold excellent customer service
  • Carry out basic vehicle and equipment checks
What We’re Looking For
  • Current minimum HR licence (HC preferred)
  • Valid Hiab ticket/licence
  • Proven experience operating Hiab cranes (rigid and/or semi)
  • Strong focus on safety and load security
  • Ability to work extended hours and manage physical demands
