• Analyse structured and unstructured data, including maintenance logs, operational records, and technical documents.
• Apply machine learning, NLP, and text-mining techniques to extract insights from text-based data.
• Develop and deliver production-ready Python code that is robust, maintainable, and scalable.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, to translate business needs into actionable solutions.
• Support short-term, high-impact projects with tangible outcomes.
• Monitor and communicate insights from data analysis and machine learning models to guide decision-making and continuous improvement.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in data science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data science or advanced analytics, with demonstrated application in real-world settings.
• Strong programming skills in Python (including libraries such as Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow).
• Experience in text analytics/NLP (e.g., NLTK, SpaCy).
• Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with big data platforms (Spark, Hadoop) and cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong foundation in statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and data visualization.
• The ability to speak Spanish would be extremely advantageous for this role.
