As a Digital Imaging Officer, you’ll oversee state mailroom operations, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of mail and documents, which is crucial for our customers' satisfaction and trust.

Your new role

Within your new role you will be responsible for:

• Mail room staff will be responsible for the mailroom operations, including the provision of digital imaging services.
• Batch physical loan settlement and mail documents in preparation for digital imaging.
• Receive and process incoming mail: open envelopes, flatten documents, and remove staples.
• Capture and verify metadata from scanned images using our application.
• Classify documents accurately, investigate and input missing metadata from other systems.
• Work with OBP & WFN systems, handling both retail and broker documents.

• Ensuring timely and accurate distribution of mail to support customer transactions.
• Implementing new ideas to improve mailroom efficiency and service quality.
• Providing digital imaging services to streamline document processing and accessibility.
• Maintaining meticulous records to ensure compliance and operational transparency.

• Experience in a data entry or administrative capacity is essential.
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to carry out manual tasks
• Ability to work autonomously
• Technical Capability to navigate multiple systems
