Hays is the global leader for specialised recruitment. We are partnered with an impressive mining client to find and experienced FIFO Supply Coordinator to start immediately.

Your new role

• Monitor and manage fuel delivery schedules, ordering, and usage tracking to ensure uninterrupted supply.

• Coordinate logistics for site infrastructure services.

• Liaise with suppliers, freight companies, and contractors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, stock levels, and service performance.

• Order supplies in line with operational needs and budget constraints.

• Support infrastructure projects in collaboration with relevant teams.

• Adhere to and enforce company policies, safety procedures, and environmental standards.

What you'll need to succeed

• FIFO Logistics/Supply Coordinator experience is required.

• Permanent VISA status is required.

• Strong system and ERP skill is required (Pronto beneficial).

• Manual driving license is required.

• Strong understanding of fuel logistics, supply coordination, and infrastructure support.

• Immediately available to start within 2 weeks.
